About Me


Satu-Minna Suorajärvi (b. 1967) is a Helsinki-based sculptor who uniquely bridges traditional sculpting techniques with digital technology. Since graduating with an MFA from the Academy of Fine Arts in 2008, her practice has focused on expanding the language of sculpture through 3D computer software, algorithmic modeling, and parametric design.

I am experimenting 3d-scanner for my iPad. 
I get quite exiting results in 2d but it will
take some time to make 3d-files.
